I come from Switzerland and had an exceptional experience at this dental office in Turkey. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff responsible for my car transfer was exceptionally kind, as was the one who assisted me with the administrative part, always attentive and caring. I was fortunate to be treated by Dr. Selin, an exceptional dentist, both highly competent, gentle, and devoted. She went above and beyond to give me back my smile, and the result exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone seeking quality dental service in a caring and human atmosphere. Je viens de Suisse et j’ai eu une expérience exceptionnelle dans ce cabinet dentaire en Turquie. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur et de professionnalisme. Le personnel chargé de mon transfert en voiture a été d’une gentillesse remarquable, tout comme celui qui m’a accompagné pour la partie administrative, toujours attentif et bienveillant. J’ai eu la chance d’être suivie par Dr Selin, une dentiste exceptionnelle, à la fois très compétente, douce et dévouée. Elle s’est donnée énormément de peine pour me redonner le sourire, et le résultat est au-delà de mes attentes. Part 1of 3: Via WhatsApp we met Salman our dental advisor. We explained what our needs were and was asked to send x-rays and photos of our teeth in different angles. We sent pictures only. We received an estimate about the cost of dental work. Salman did advise us that the cost could go up once we were seen in person by the dentist. Salmen explained the dental treatment plan and we were able to negotiate with DentSpa on cost. At the end, the cost of the hotel was included in our plan. First trip 5 night stay, plus breakfast and 2nd trip 9-11 days, plus breakfast. We arrive in Istanbul and are picked up by driver (pre-arranged) and taken to the hotel. The next day we are driven to DentSpa where we have x-rays complete and comprehensive examination by Dr. Serdar along with Dr. Madina. At this time we are assigned an in-house dental advisor by the name of Rashid. After the doctors spoked with us about their findings and recommendations. you are taken to conference room where the treatment plan and cost are discussed. For transparency, the estimate for me went from $9,600 to $12,888, and my significant other went from $13,000 to $19,900. The treatment plan was implemented the next day via surgery. Dr. Serdar gave both us antibiotics, pain medicine, and explained the recovery process. Dr. Serdar was very patient and presented a calm spirit of reassurance. We were seen the next day for a follow-up appointment. The day after we were seen for impressions. By the fifth day, my significant other had his temporary fixed implants installed. For me, I still am somewhat swollen from the bone graphing, but was reassured the swelling should go down within a week. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Facility was immaculate. Services provided were top-tier. Dental advisors are able to translate in English. Our in-person Coordinator Sam was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and addressed our every concern. I am giving them 4 stars because of the significant price increase. We will be back in April 2026 and I will share part 2. I hope this helps. Started off quite nervous, wanted to close my gaps in my teeth but retain my natural colour, and they did exactly that, from the UK so heard the horror stories regarding “Turkey teeth” but after coming here they shown me multiple different mockups on my teeth and honestly they took there time! Would come again for any cosmetics on my teeth

Super stressed before the extraction, but everything went well. We were well accompanied. I highly recommend it; very professional and very clean.

The clinic is excellent in terms of reception, interaction, appointment scheduling, medical staff, modern equipment, and service. I thank everyone involved for their patient care and recommend everyone, whether from the country or abroad, to visit the clinic and receive treatment without fear or hesitation. The translator facilitates all your needs, and the interaction is top-notch in terms of politeness and punctuality. The supervisor was exceptionally polite, and my supervisor (Sanaa) was a kind and decent person. There is also a transportation service to and from the clinic.

Flew here from the US absolutely terrified. I did IV Sedation for the procedure. I was a bit out of it and difficult to deal with. Dr Madina pushed passed that and did amazing work. The rest of the team – Salman, Maggi & Sam showed me nothing but kindness and compassion throughout the entire process. I have severe dental phobia and they made this process so comfortable that I no longer fear the dentist I did 25 crowns total. 5 zirconium and 20 multi layer. They didn’t try and upsell me or double charge. No gimmicks. They are amazing trustworthy group of people. The team has been amazing. I’m forever grateful for them. This changed my life

By far the absolute best decision I have ever made regarding myself. This place was phenomenal and worth every penny. I was nervous at first and they refused to let me worry. They took care of everything once I landed. All I had to do was wake up lol. The Customer Service is Top Tiera d the results life changing!! I am recommending them to everybody I know!!! I haven’t stopped smiling in 2 days!!

Had an amazing experience here. From the first person I reached out to Matt, and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating . Dr.Bedir was my Dr and he did amazing with my cleaning and whitening session. He was patient and explained the entire process and suggested what was best for me. I will highly recommend.
