Bone Grafting

After dealing with many years of failed dental work from an accident, I was completely fed up with the run around I kept getting from several dentists in the US! I started researching my options abroad, as I knew the dental practice in my area was just not up to par for the serious nature of my situation. I came to the conclusion that to reach the level I set out to achieve, I was going to have to go to the area with the highest success and the best current dental practices and technologies. DentSpa, in Istanbul Turkey had the best success stories and the most options available to me. I reached out and was immediately set up with an advisor that walked me through these options and quickly came up with a general treatment plan. Although the treatment plan was in place, I was made aware by my advisor, Ahmet, that this could indeed change upon arrival, as he was basing this off a 3 year old Xray and just a few photos. He did a great job explaining the entire process, start to finish, and also advised on the different materials available to me. Having the natural, authentic look of real teeth was VERY important to me along with nothing being able to be removable or able to move around. I arrived in Istanbul and was picked up from the airport by their driver and taken to a very nice hotel. I went the next morning for my in person consultation. Once we worked through the options and agreed upon the final treatment plan, the work started immediately. I had surgery that day and had all of the required under skin hardware put into place. I will have to return in 7 months to get the final crowns but I was aware the second visit is part of the procedure from the very start. I am very happy with how the entire process works, they really make you feel like you are their only patient! That is very important to me because in the US I kept getting dentists that wanted to way over charge me and then rush me right through like a number. I never got that vibe at all from DentSpa or anyone associated with them. I am done with the first part of this journey and have to let all the bone grafting heal before I come back in 7 months for all the final crowns and it can not come fast enough! I met a lot of people while here that are here for varying levels of dental work so I got to see a handful of them receiving their final crowns and I have yet to find anyone that wasn’t the happiest they have ever been. It is so reassuring seeing them come in to the hotel wearing their new, happy smiles!

Berkay completed my teeth. After years off having no smile I finally have the teeth and smile I always wanted. It took about 14 weeks and 2 visits to complete as I required full extraction of all teeth and bone graft. The dentist did the best to could to make it as painless as possible. I got 6 implants to top on 4 to the bottom. The result really is amazing. Sam took care of me and is an absolute amazing asset to dentspa, he was there to help me through the full process. I really appreciated having him by my side as this is a scary process for anyone to go through but he kept me calm throughout. I was picked up and dropped off from my hotel with excellent attentive drivers who were always 100% professional. The only downside of my visit was lack of communication at times however after speaking with Nabil the ops manager he ensured that I got the communication/support that sometimes didn’t come quickly enough from the booking team. If you want to get your teeth fixed come to Turkey and come here, if there are any problems just speak to Nabil and it will be fixed immediately. I can’t thank the guys as Dentspa enough for changing my smile and giving me the confidence that I haven’t had in my life to enjoy getting my photos taken.

I’ve done a lot of dental work in the past and from the moment I spoke to the first medical professional, Dr. Selin, I knew they know their stuff. Even with that I was worried it wouldn’t work out or I’d have complications and it was so far away! For now it’s been almost a month and my mouth is no longer on fire 🙂 it takes a while. That said, all my medical issues are resolved and my smile is brighter than ever thanks to this very affordable and professional place. I must have spoken to 15 people? Dr. Selin, the consultant, not to be confused with Dr. Selin, the prosthodontist, who did an incredible job and we had a ton of laughs with her and her good friend and assistant. She also made sure I wasn’t in dire pain, which was hard because my body doesn’t react well to numbing. Rashid was a wonderful medical advisor and we had some tough conversations about finances as well but we got everything squared away. Damla, the gum specialist was so efficient and gently woke me up a few times during the procedure. Sam! My patient experience extraordinaire. He always had a bright smile even if we were late or there were small issues with scheduling. And then the countless drivers to and from the airport, hotel, etc, were very flexible and courteous as well as making for some great conversations.

I have an extreme fear of dentist and that is the reason my mouth hygiene was in very bad condition, with bone lost, cavity and more bad thing …I made a research online and I finally decided to go to Dentspa clinic following the good reviews. I have to admit that the day of the first visit I was very nervous and the waiting time was a little too long for me due to the anxiety that kept growing … FAYSAL (my medical coordinator) was very patient went I covered him with my million questions and doubts… then there was SAM that was there offering any kind of reinsurance… ready for any request going from blankets tea coffe … calling your driver .. very diligent!!! I got my treatments … because of my fear I paid extra money to get sedation… money very well spent … I didn’t feel any pain at all (unfortunately when the sedation wore off there was a little pain but manageable with pain killer… ) Now I’m back in the US waiting for the 4 months healing time … Can’t wait to go and finish this needed procedure that was doable with the help of ALI my first contact … he always been very attentive before and during the procedures … he perfectly organized all the transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic and back …yes there was a discrepancy from the price announced to the one to be paid but as Ali said pictures can’t reveal exactly everything!!! Thanks to Yasmine from customer care as well.

Me and my wife came to dentspa clinic from the UK. Husseyn was very helpful from the start especially as we only planned a trip to a dental clinic after having booked a holiday to Istanbul. Husseyn got all the information and gave us a quote for our treatments. He was very clear on the process and arranged transport from and to the airport. We were also picked up from the hotel for all appointments and was dropped off to the hotel or an other location of our choice so we could make the most of the day. Rashid at the clinic was very welcoming and gave us our treatment plan. My wife had some filling, bone grafting treatment and a full composite bonding treatment. The before and after results are absolutely amazing. Dr. Kubra is a very sweet and talented lady and she put my wife at ease through out the process. I personally have more work to do and have implants to put in, I opted to have some filling work done and crowns. I will be returning in a few months time to carry on with my treatment. The fillings done have not caused me a problem and feel smooth in my mouth. Rashid was very accomodating with the treatment plan and I only did what I wanted to get done. Ahmet was a very welcoming gentleman who greeted us at all our appointments and took us around the clinic whilst putting up with our 4 children in the clinic aswell. Ahmet was with us through out our apointments and made us feel very comfortable. The car drivers were always prompt and very polite. The cafeteria staff were very accomdating of the children also and gave plenty of refreshments through out all our visits. Most importantly we were still able to have a lovely holiday despite multiple visits at the clinic. Dentspa accomodated our appointment times to meet our needs. We highly recommend dentspa you will not be disappointed.

Finally I got my smile back. Thanks for my medical advisor Mousa and the Dentspa team who worked tirelessly to get my smile back. I really recommend this place If you want to do any thing about your teeth. They have experienced doctors who can do anything about dental including bone graft, bridge, and implant. Experience matters really.

It’s amazing. I was not sure in the beginning if I should do my dental implants (2 implants) in Turkey or in Germany or in Switzerland or in Japan… but I made a right decision!!! Turkey it is! I have many points to make for DentSpa : 1. The doctors are so kind, extremely professional, and very friendly, also very beautiful! My doctors are Dr. Sukran & Dr. Madina. I will definitely come back for my dental treatments as long as they are working in DentSpa! ^_^•••They made me feel very comfortable even though I usually hate dental clinics. Dr. Sukran‘s skill is actually „TOP“ I had to pull out my tooth in Germany and he gave me severe pain for a week with awful Stiches but Dr. Sukran‘s Operations were almost painless and Stiches are invisible, I did bone graft, sinus lifting, pull out another tooth etc… Thank you so much again to Dr. Sukran. Dr. Madina‘s crown is fitting like I have completely new set of teeth, she adjusted twice for me and she is so „ON POINT“ where to adjust. She offered me to come back whenever I have a problem, made me feel very good! Thank you so much as well!!! 2. the coordinator Abdul, oh my, he is soooo nice and maybe the kindest person I’ve ever met!! He tries to accommodate my wishes everywhere. He is so responsive and always very friendly. Without him DentSpa does not exist for me. Many many thanks again. 3.
